What is the best kind of bikini for a petite girl with small breasts?

What kind of bikini would look best on a small chested girl? I heard that halter tops that don’t have thick strings are good and bandeaus are also good. But I think that bandeaus make a girl look more small chested.
If you are small chested, what type of bikinis look best on you? I’m looking on Victoria Secret, but all the girls are so full- it’s hard to find out which one would look best on a person of my stature.
